Job summary

The Caviar Co. in San Francisco is seeking a reliable retail team member to cover essential closing hours and busy weekend shifts.

You will work alongside full-time staff, ensuring flawless guest experiences and smooth store operations during peak times. As a self-starter, you’ll independently handle light tasks during slow periods, maintain pristine merchandising, and support off-site events and local marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable self-starter with excellent hospitality and guest-service focus.
• Willing to work Saturdays and closing shifts as required.
• Professional communication and polished demeanor; interest in luxury goods.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Welcome guests, provide hospitality, and guide clients through premium caviar and luxury product selections.
• Store Operations: Manage POS transactions, handle cash/card payments, and assist with opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Proactive Merchandising: Maintain a pristine storefront; when quiet, take initiative on light tasks, inventory, restocking, and packaging.
• Product Care: Ensure temperature-sensitive and high-value products are stored and displayed per quality standards.
• Events & Marketing Support: Assist with preparation, setup, and execution for off-site events and local marketing efforts to drive foot traffic.
