You will help manage stock, merchandise updates, and customer data while upholding brand standards. The role demands 1+ year of retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and proficiency with POS systems and brief tech tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Able to read price/product release sheets and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
