House of Dior NY is seeking an Assistant, Grand Vendeur to support the Grand Vendeur with client relations and daily operations in a luxury retail setting. You will handle appointments, transactions, and aftersales while maintaining Dior's high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience in luxury market preferred.
• Strong brand and product knowledge required.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients.
• Facilitate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage all incoming requests to the Grand Vendeur.
• Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
• Prioritize deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clients.
• Assist with gifts and client communications (birthdays, anniversaries).
• Record client details and maintain profiles in Dior Star CRM.
• Manage sales through WeChat on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Demonstrate urgency and problem-solving to deliver exceptional client service.
