Christian Dior Couture in New York is seeking an Assistant Grand Vendeur to support the daily duties of the Grand Vendeur and elevate client experiences. You will manage appointments, transactions, aftersales service, and CRM activities to nurture relationships with Dior clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury retail, strong brand knowledge, and excellent communication. The role requires organization, multitasking, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong brand and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients.
• Facilitate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage all incoming requests to the Grand Vendeur.
• Execute housekeeping & administration tasks as needed.
• Prioritize deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clients.
• Assist with gifts and letters for clients' special occasions.
• Record client details and maintain profiles in Dior Star CRM.
• Manage sales through WeChat on behalf of Grand Vendeur.
• Demonstrate strong client knowledge with urgency and problem-solving.
