Responsabilités

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients.
• Facilitate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage incoming requests to the Grand Vendeur.
• Handle housekeeping and admin tasks.
• Prioritize deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clients.
• Assist with gifts and client communications (birthdays, anniversaries).
• Record client details and maintain CRM in Dior Star.
• Manage sales via WeChat for Grand Vendeur.
• Maintain strong client knowledge and proactive service.
