This role requires 1-2 years of luxury retail experience, strong brand knowledge, superb interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will handle CRM updates, gifts, letters, and aftersales support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury market.
• Strong brand and product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building.
• Remain calm and organized while operating at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients.
• Facilitate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage incoming requests to the Grand Vendeur.
• Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks.
• Prioritize and manage deliveries and shipments for clients.
• Arrange gifts and letters for clients' special dates.
• Record and maintain client profiles in Dior Star CRM.
• Manage sales entries on behalf of Grand Vendeur.
• Demonstrate strong client knowledge with urgency in service and problem solving.
