Reiss is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Woodbury Commons Outlet in New York. You’ll lead a team to deliver premium customer service, meet sales targets and drive commercial and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

We value previous retail management experience, a passion for premium products, and a proven track record of boosting business performance through strong leadership, training, and impeccable visual standards.

Formación

• Previous retail management experience at a similar level.
• Passion for premium or luxury product is a plus, but all retail backgrounds considered.
• Proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service through your team.
• Be highly visual with strong commercial product management skills.
• Ability to flex between customer service, operations, technical and visual elements.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store.
• Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximise profitability.
• Striving to exceed targeted KPIs.
• Inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service through training.
• Implementing and maintaining effective operational processes and administration.
• Supporting with recruitment and conducting performance/probation reviews.
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager.
