Qualifications

• 4+ years of specialty or luxury retail sales.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to sales targets and individual goals.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations in their absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling.
• Build client relationships and conduct outreach to grow the customer base.
• Communicate goals and development updates with the Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team for peak productivity.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with recruiting and payroll/scheduling within guidelines.
• Communicate directives from Marketing/Visual Merchandising and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and participate in audits.
