You will coach associates, recruit top talent, manage scheduling, and ensure policy adherence while upholding brand standards and delivering a premier client experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specialty or luxury retail sales
• At least 2+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Cash handling and POS accuracy
