Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) in New York to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will recruit and coach the team, ensure brand standards, manage payroll and scheduling, and uphold loss prevention policies while meeting goals. This role requires weekend and night shifts and a commitment to brand integrity in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail
• At least 2+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Career-driven, high work ethic and high performance standards
• Initiative/self-starter
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong problem solving and decision making
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations; lead in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers; embody brand.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through client outreach.
• Communicate with Store Manager on goals, development, and operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, developing and motivating team to maximize productivity.
• Ensure store operations and policies are followed and enforced.
• Assist with recruiting top talent to meet business needs.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling within guidelines.
• Support directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and conduct audits and inventories.
