The ideal candidate brings several years of luxury retail sales and management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store sales goals and personal sales targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and style customers.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
• Communicate goals and updates with Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and motivate team to maximize sales.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Assist with payroll and store scheduling.
