7 For All Mankind is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead our store team in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the brand.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure policies are followed. Weekend and night shifts required with a strong leadership mindset and a goal-driven approach to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store sales goals and achieves individual targets.
• Assists Store Manager with daily operations when needed.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and styles customers to fit their needs.
• Builds client relationships and drives store sales through outreach.
• Communicates goals and development updates with Store Manager.
• Assists with coaching, training and motivating the team.
• Ensures store policies and procedures are followed.
• Assists with recruiting top talent to meet business needs.
• Assists with payroll and scheduling within guidelines.
• Supports directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
• Ensures Loss Prevention procedures and audits are followed.
