• Drive Sales & Strategy: Assist Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment; uphold Coach service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster collaboration and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
