Qualifications

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience leading a sales team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to help achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager in using reports to identify opportunities and stock levels.
• Ensure high level customer service and maintain client relationships.
