Job summary

David Yurman Oak Brook seeks an Assistant Store Manager to ensure sales plans are met and to elevate the luxury experience for clientele in the Oak Brook market. The role partners with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive client development, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar luxury retail role, strong KPI focus, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years managing a luxury accessories boutique.
• Ability to motivate and partner with clients and staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Fine Jewelry or Fine Watch experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and support sales professionals for client development.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and floor coverage.
• Maintain luxury brand standards and visual presentation.
• Support events and store security measures.
