Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead a team focused on elevating the client experience. You will drive results, oversee opening/closing tasks, and coach staff on styling and selling techniques.

This role requires at least 3 years of retail management, fluency in English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days. You will build client relationships and support omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Foster customer relationships through coaching on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
