Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead a team in delivering an elevated customer experience and achieve sales targets. You will open and close the store, manage daily operations, and drive client relationships while coaching staff on trends, styling, and selling techniques.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail management and strong English communication skills, with flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.

• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
