Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Foster ongoing growth in a fast-paced store environment.
• Develop client relationships and coach team on trends, styling, and selling techniques.
• Maintain high customer service standards with leadership and multitasking.
• Build a client book to drive traffic and engagement.
• Drive Omni channel sales using available tools and technology.
