Job summary

Michael Kors Stores California Inc is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver an elevated customer experience in our California stores. You will guide opening/closing duties, drive client engagement, and coach staff on the latest trends and selling techniques.

Applicants should have 3+ years of retail management, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
• Foster customer relationships through developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities with excellence.
• Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement.
• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology.
