Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, coach a fast‑paced team, and deliver an elevated client experience. You will drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and mentor associates in styling and product knowledge.

In this role, you will manage opening/closing tasks, participate in omnichannel initiatives, and ensure high service standards while supporting store performance and team development.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Fluent English (reading, speaking and writing) required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
