You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, maintain visual standards, train new hires, and resolve client concerns with a solution-focused mindset, while aligning with SMCP’s Parisian aesthetic and sustainability values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
