Job summary

SMCP North America in California seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead an elevated client experience and coach a frontline team. You’ll drive personal sales, develop team skills in wardrobing and clienteling, and foster a culture of passion, service, and success.

You will support the Store Manager, ensure efficient operations on the floor and behind the scenes, and maintain visual standards aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify exceptional client service as the boutique's primary host.
• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to the store’s monthly sales plan.
• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver training for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
• Maintain visual standards and brand integrity across the store.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address client concerns and ensure smooth operations.
