Acne Studios in Costa Mesa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to lead the team and deliver the luxury client experience with a focus on service excellence. You will help coach staff, model best practices, and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

You will oversee day-to-day store operations, analyze sales performance, manage stock, assist with KPI-driven strategies, and contribute to recruiting and training to maximise team

Competenze

• Experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a progressive leadership role.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs and build strategy plans.
• Fluent in English; additional languages welcome depending on market.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager in all aspects of leading the store. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role
• Good knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly
• Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
