Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a dynamic Store Leader to drive sales and profit performance on the Boston floor. You will lead the sales team, set and monitor budgets, and ensure a consistently memorable customer experience aligned with the brand's elevated image.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving sales and margin goals, overseeing visual merchandising, and implementing loss prevention measures while collaborating with senior leadership on promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and ability to lead and maintain an elevated brand image.
• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and staff development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills, business acumen, financial acumen.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store or department.
• Ensure that sales and margin goals are met; develop operating budgets and monitor performance.
• Establish individual sales goals for associates and supervise sales staff to maximize sales and profit.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that drives customer traffic and loyalty.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Provide feedback to buying/allocation teams on high-potential items.
• Oversee visual presentation and in-store merchandising.
• Lead loss prevention procedures to protect assets.
• Direct recruitment, supervision and development of staff; fill open roles.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on promotional strategies and programs.
