• Take and deliver guest food and beverage orders.
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly to tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Keep serving station stocked at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions.
• Close guest checks accurately and promptly.
• Process cash and card payments.
• Breakdown and reset tables, buffets, and stations.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen.
• Complete closing duties and restock as needed.
• Adhere to quality standards and expectations.
