Job summary

Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide front-desk support. You will be the first friendly contact, offering valet parking, guiding guests to rooms, and promoting hotel facilities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years in luxury hotel/service environment.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of local community events and attractions helpful.
• Able to work varied shifts including early and late shifts.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and valet services.
• Be visible at front desk/lobby to help guests, colleagues, and visitors.
• Promote hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Explain room features, amenities, and safety procedures.
• Transport luggage to rooms and assist with post and packages as needed.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with general guest inquiries.
