Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive restaurant success.

You will manage staff, enforce health and safety standards, control costs, coordinate with kitchen, and mentor a team while upholding Wynn service standards and adherence to the CBA. Experience in high-volume luxury resort settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in high-volume luxury resort settings.
• Fluent English reading and writing; second language is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and maintain Wynn service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure health department standards and food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to update menu items.
• Manage inventory and control costs to meet financial targets.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead staff training and monitor adherence to Wynn service standards.
• Maintain employee relations and align with the CBA.
• Schedule, assign work, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate pertinent information.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
