Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: warmly greet and welcome guests, escort to tables and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Reservations Management: handle inquiries, confirmations and modifications with precision.
• Seating Coordination: manage seating to optimize turnover and guest preferences.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries and provide menu information and policies.
• Communication: liaise with staff to accommodate seating preferences and requirements.
• Waitlist Management: manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
• Ambiance Management: maintain a clean, organized dining area per standards.
• Problem Resolution: address issues promptly to protect guest satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties: assist with reservation system updates and shift reports.
