Job summary

Reserve Cut Park is seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and ensure timely seating with attentive service.

The role involves managing waitlists, reservations, menu distribution, and guest inquiries, while coordinating with the service team to maintain high dining standards. Experience in a high-volume, upscale setting is preferred, with flexible day/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Drive to provide exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Full time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficient with POS systems; familiar with Resy/OpenTable; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests; presents menus; informs guests of specials.
• Exceeds guests' expectations with attentive service.
• Takes names on waiting list and manages reservations.
• Maintains the floor plan board and monitors table status.
• Answers phones and handles menu/restaurant inquiries.
• Interacts with guests from arrival to departure for a positive dining experience.
