Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at the host stand with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor server performance to ensure smooth dining service.
• Handle reservations via OpenTable, including VIPs, and answer questions about hours and events.
• Organize reservations to maximize seating and optimize staffing and traffic.
• Maintain POS knowledge and accurate transactions according to procedures.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and maintain cleanliness and presentation of menus.
