A premier luxury hospitality destination in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead Front of House operations for an upscale, high-volume restaurant. The role oversees an Assistant General Manager and 35–40 FOH team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and elevated service standards.

Candidates should be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 with potential relocation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in upscale settings.
• Experience leading large Front of House teams (35–40).
• Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, and costs.
• Strong guest service and service recovery skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front of House operations maintaining luxury service.
• Coach and develop the Assistant General Manager and FOH team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain hospitality professionals.
• Monitor labor, expenses, revenue, and overall performance.
• Ensure health, sanitation, safety and alcohol-service compliance.
• Support events and peak periods.
