Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years in a GM or senior leadership role in upscale or fine dining.
• Experience with premium steakhouse or luxury destination dining operations preferred.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine service.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, labor reports, and operational metrics.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of Stirrups Fine Dining Steakhouse with luxury service standards.
• Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to managers and associates.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, develop, and retain a talented team.
• Maintain a strong dining room presence and address guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on service standards and wine program.
• Monitor labor costs, food/beverage costs, and expenses to meet budgets.
• Analyze financial reports and sales trends to identify revenue opportunities.
• Oversee inventory controls, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Develop training programs to elevate service and wine knowledge.
• Ensure facilities and stations meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement through coaching and evaluations.
