Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. You will lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure superior guest experiences on the floor.

Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience in upscale settings, with strong knowledge of F&B service, guest relations, and safety standards. This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
Strong knowledge of F&B service, guest relations, team leadership, and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant floor during assigned shifts and lead pre-shift meetings.
Assign stations, monitor service standards and coach team on the floor.
Engage with guests, anticipate needs and resolve concerns to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Assist with training and development of team members; handle scheduling and opening/closing procedures.
Manage cash and payment controls, inventory, side work, cleanliness and food safety compliance.
Collaborate with Restaurant Management, Culinary, Bar, Stewarding and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
