Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor for a Curio Collection by Hilton property. You will lead the engineering team, prioritize work orders, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure repairs meet luxury hotel standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with prior supervisory experience. Luxury or full-service hotel engineering experience is preferred, and Hilton/Curio experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or commercial building engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Luxury or full-service hotel engineering experience preferred; Hilton/Curio Collection experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering team and prioritize work orders.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and property inspections.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to hotel standards.
• Oversee maintenance programs and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
• Train, coach, schedule, and monitor productivity; manage inventories and safety compliance.
