Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift 35 pounds.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate production of food items for daily menus and special events.
• Control daily and weekly inventories.
• Maintain inventory cost and profitability through production sheets.
• Coordinate production of daily menu items using menu count and build-to sheets to control waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area meeting health and sanitation standards.
• Maintain equipment daily and report malfunctions.
• Communicate supply needs with head cook.
• Close and sanitize work area per health codes and prepare for next day production.
