Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is hiring a Dining Room Assistant to welcome guests, support servers, and ensure a luxurious guest experience. You will answer menu questions, clear and set tables, and help maintain a seamless sequence of service throughout shifts.

The role requires a polished presentation, fluency in English, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and prior experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water and intro service.
• Assist Restaurant Servers with all service aspects.
• Answer questions about the menu and specials in the absence of a server.
• Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware.
• Communicate with servers and management about service and requests.
• Move tables and chairs as needed.
• Learn the Four Seasons Sequence of Service.
• Deliver food and describe dishes in an engaging manner.
• Operate the resort's point-of-sale system for transactions and closing readings.
• Anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs in real time.
• Stock and clean dining areas as needed.
