Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole seeks a hospitality professional to lead guest service in our luxury resort. You will train and coach staff to uphold the brand standards while ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing guest relations, maintaining wine knowledge, and supporting elegant, high-touch service. Flexibility for evenings and holidays is preferred, with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• Requires legal work authorization in the United States.
• Preferred one year experience in a luxury hotel operation.
• Wine knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, coach, and discipline employees to meet standards.
• Provide recognition, handle guest concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation; knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Follow laws relating to alcohol service.
• Control labor costs through scheduling and inventory control.
