Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is seeking a friendly Restaurant Support/Server Assistant to welcome guests, assist servers, and contribute to a flawless dining experience.

You’ll help with greeting, menu questions in server’s absence, set up and clear tables, and work with the team to uphold Four Seasons standards. A flexible schedule, professional presentation, and legal work authorization in the United States are essential.

Qualifications

• Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do approach.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water and intro service.
• Assist restaurant servers with all aspects of service.
• Answer questions regarding menu and specials in server's absence.
• Set up and clear tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware.
• Communicate with servers and management about service needs.
• Move tables and chairs as needed.
• Learn Four Seasons Standards and the Sequence of Service.
• Deliver food with eloquent descriptions.
• Operate the resort's computer system to ring up sales and print checks.
• Anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs instantly.
• Stock items and assist with cleaning as needed.
