Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support all members of the Sales Team. This role coordinates and syncs team needs, reporting to the Director of Resort Sales.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential across the organization. The candidate will prepare sales contracts, proposals, and client communications, while generating reports and coordinating meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hotel sales, convention services, catering and/or hotel operations experience.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support by preparing sales contracts and proposals, and act as the point of contact for clients.
• Generate reports, assemble information packets, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Maintain organized office and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with other departments to ensure elevated guest experiences.
