The Sales Coordinator role supports the Sales Team by handling contracts, proposals, reporting, and meeting coordination, reporting to the Director of Resort Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of hotel sales, convention services, catering and/or hotel operations experience.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support by preparing sales contracts, proposals, and serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Generate reports, assemble information packets, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Assist sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Filing important documents, organizing the office and communicating relevant information to stakeholders.
• Utilize the Delphi system to support department needs.
