Vicolo Restaurant at Pyramid Global Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and top-tier service standards in a luxury resort setting.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will supervise service staff, manage the dining room, bar, and events, train teammates, and drive revenue while upholding safety and quality across all hospitality disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in upscale or luxury dining.
• Resort, hotel, or high-volume destination restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service periods and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee dining room, bar, private dining, and outdoor seating areas.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on hospitality standards.
• Support achievement of restaurant revenue and profitability goals.
