Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Resort Operations Manager for Vdara to lead Front Desk, Lobby Experience, and Guest Services, delivering luxury guest experiences. You will partner with hotel leadership to drive operational excellence and financial performance while guiding a high-performing team in a luxury setting.

You will play a key role in shaping guest satisfaction, staff development, and strategic initiatives across daily resort operations, with an emphasis on WOW

Qualifications

• Two years of prior relevant experience in Hotel Operations/Management.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Front Desk, Lobby Experience, and Guest Services operations.
• Partner with Senior Hotel Operations Manager to execute hotel strategies.
• Drive labor and financial performance to meet goals.
• Oversee hiring for Front Office roles, including Front Desk Clerks and Guest Services Specialists.
• Enhance guest experience for MGM Rewards Gold and above.
