CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a seasoned Mixologist - Calusso for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will deliver exceptional beverage service in a new luxury restaurant bar, crafting cocktails, wines, and beers to elevate guest experiences.

The role requires passion for mixology, guest engagement, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-end setting. TIPS certification and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Must maintain high standards of service and guest interaction.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for guests.
• Provide personalized recommendations and guest engagement.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and stock in accordance with resort standards.
• Record transactions accurately in POS and process payments.
• Assist with inventory and upkeep of bar equipment and garnishes.
