Qualifications

• Proven leader with 10+ years in large luxury/full-service resorts.
• Strong sales, revenue growth, and ROI focus.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or travel management.
• Experience in Florida convention/leisure markets preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all resort operations including F&B, rooms, spa and events.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead and develop department heads, ensuring service excellence.
• Manage budgets, costs, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
