Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism management or equivalent.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of driving profits and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, strategy, and growth of the resort.
• Lead and develop a world-class leadership team across departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering personalized service and luxury experiences.
• Manage the budget, financial performance, and strategic pricing decisions.
