Job summary

Naples Bay Resort & Marina, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a strategic Director of Finance to lead all financial operations across resort, marina, spa, and outlets. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, controls, and profitability while partnering with ownership and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive hospitality finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Director of Finance or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the resort, marina, spa, F&B outlets, and related departments.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor performance.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and timely financial reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance to maximize profitability and asset protection.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and treasury activities with leadership teams.
