• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver luxury-level cleanliness and service.
• Maintain daily inspection routines for guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
• Ensure all guest accommodations and resort areas meet brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Monitor performance, coach team members, and foster pride and teamwork.
• Oversee deep cleaning projects, special event setups, and seasonal maintenance.
• Uphold sustainability practices in product use and operations.
