Job summary

Fairmont Orchid in Hawai'i Island seeks a guest-focused Food & Beverage服务 professional to provide warm, personalized service at Orchid Court, featuring a hearty breakfast and island buffet.

You will ensure prompt, attentive service, build guest rapport by recalling preferences, and contribute to a seamless dining experience in a luxury setting with HACCP compliance and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Detail oriented and energetic with strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personal, and detailed service to guests in a luxury, fast-paced dining environment.
• Maintain a positive first impression through cleanliness, setup and ambiance.
• Know thoroughly the F&B offerings, outlets, and hotel services.
• Upsell and promote food and beverage options to maximize revenue.
• Serve and deliver orders promptly and remember guests' preferences for personalized service.
• Ensure service standards are met and tables are cleared promptly after guests depart.
• Assist other outlets during peak times and follow HACCP food safety procedures.
