Fairmont Orchid in Hawai‘i Island seeks a guest-focused hospitality professional for Brown’s Beach House. You will deliver warm, personalized service in a luxury setting, manage reservations, and support dining operations with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
• Team oriented and detail focused.
• Able to work calmly in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Provide required Food and Beverage compliance (Tuberculosis clearance).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personal service in a luxury, upscale dining environment.
• Ensure a positive first impression through cleanliness, setup and ambiance.
• Prepare for dining traffic and designate server sections.
• Greet guests, use names for personalized service, and manage reservations.
• Maintain menus and a clean host stand; assist other outlets as needed.
• Follow HACCP and fire/safety procedures; uphold appearance standards.
