Four Seasons Naples is hiring a Resort Assistant Manager to oversee Front Office and related departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations. The role acts as manager on duty when senior leadership is unavailable, coordinating arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, superb guest service skills, and experience with hotel operating systems. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of hotel operating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills; English fluency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and operations across Front Office and related departments to ensure consistent guest service and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate daily arrivals/departures, manage room blocks, and assist with billing and VIP/group requests.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, ensuring warm welcome and accurate billing.
• Resolve guest complaints with high hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests when possible.
• Act as senior manager on duty in the absence of leadership; respond swiftly in emergencies or guest-related situations.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards.
• Ensure standards are met, staff are supported, guest satisfaction is high, and guest requests are handled promptly.
